About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and talent gaps, providing expert advice on the best people strategy to drive their organization forward.

Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - from research, market mapping, sourcing, interviewing to offer negotiation - for senior to C-suite level roles.
- Support client presentations and talent advisory by conducting industry research, analyzing talent trends, and preparing slides for meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, business consulting, or a client-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - comfortable speaking with both candidates and corporate stakeholders.
- Analytical, resourceful, and curious - someone who enjoys research and uncovering insights.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Work alongside top recruiters and business leaders in the industry.
