**Job Summary**

MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Manage our front desk, including greeting clients, handling paperwork, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with medical and administrative tasks, including dispensing medications and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
