Receptionist - Front Office Coordinator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Greet and Welcome Guests**: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for visitors, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
- **Manage Incoming Communications**: Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- **Maintain a Tidy Reception Area**: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies and materials.
- **Provide Information and Support**: Offer accurate and helpful information to visitors, employees, and external partners, both in-person and via phone or email.
- **Receive and Distribute Mail and Deliveries**: Sort, distribute, and manage incoming mail and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Order Office Supplies**: Source and procure necessary office supplies, maintaining an accurate inventory of stock.
- **Update Calendars and Schedules**: Manage and update calendars, schedules, and other important documents to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- **Maintain Accurate Records**: Keep up-to-date records of office expenses, costs, and other important information.
- **Perform Other Administrative Tasks**: Assist with filing, photocopying, and other clerical duties as required.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
