We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Canon Singapore Pte. Ltd. as a key member of our front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities- Client Greeting and Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal staff, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience at our Concierge and main reception.
- Meeting Room Management: Effectively manage and maximize the use of meeting rooms through our booking system, ensuring seamless transitions and efficient use of resources.

- Qualifications: Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level and proficiency in MS Office.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under stress, tight schedules, and handle multiple tasks.
- Commitment: Able to commit to a 12-month duration and start work immediately or within a short notice period.
