Senior Crisis Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Crisis Manager to lead our team in developing and implementing effective crisis management strategies. This key role requires strategic foresight, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of risk management to safeguard operations against potential disruptions.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate crisis response efforts and ensure rapid recovery. Your ability to make quick, informed decisions will be essential in mitigating the impact of crises.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective crisis management strategies
- Establish protocols for crisis response, including escalation procedures, communication plans, and mitigation strategies
- Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in operations, technology, and stakeholder engagement
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate crisis response efforts
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business continuity, crisis management, and risk mitigation
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, financial transactions, and data security risks
- Experience in the arts, culture, or public service sectors is an advantage
