Microsoft Crisis Specialist

We are looking for a talented Technical Support Lead to join our team. This role will involve managing highly complex levels of escalated problems, ensuring understanding of customer needs and challenges in crisis situations, and developing strategic programs to drive desired customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee crisis situations, determine systemic issues, and report to executives
- Develop strategic programs to drive desired customer outcomes and provide prescriptive advice to customers
- Collaborate with Microsoft Engineering as required and effectively manage customer escalations to resolution
Requirements
- Deep knowledge in Cloud – Azure, Identity, M365, CoPilot, Security, and Management
- Strong project management skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to make progressive and thoughtful strategic proposals and influence senior decision makers
