Job Description

This role will be part of the Human Capital organization and report to the Head and SVP.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in compensation & benefits, managing rewards programmes and providing advisory and support to stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, and administer total rewards programmes across all levels, aligning with governance and policies.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage annual compensation review, incentive design, benefit reviews, governance, and policies.
  2. Provide advisory and support to stakeholders on rewards programmes.

This role requires expertise in compensation and benefits, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong understanding of reward programmes and their implementation.
