Job Description:

  • Configure and manage the rewards system according to program requirements.
  • Monitor program performance metrics and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with partners to onboard new rewards offerings and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing and program teams on campaign-based rewards activities to drive business growth.
  • Support procurement and setup of merchandise and operational equipment such as vending machines to enhance customer experience.
  • Assist with system integration, testing, and troubleshooting in collaboration with IT teams to ensure seamless operation.
  • Oversee rewards distribution systems, including maintenance and inventory management to optimize efficiency.
  • Address patron inquiries and support reward redemption processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track redemptions, gather feedback, and identify areas for program improvement to drive continuous enhancement.
  • Ensure smooth integration of the rewards program with daily operations to maximize impact.
