
Rewards Program Manager

Job Description:
- Configure and manage the rewards system according to program requirements.
- Monitor program performance metrics and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with partners to onboard new rewards offerings and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and program teams on campaign-based rewards activities to drive business growth.
- Support procurement and setup of merchandise and operational equipment such as vending machines to enhance customer experience.
- Assist with system integration, testing, and troubleshooting in collaboration with IT teams to ensure seamless operation.
- Oversee rewards distribution systems, including maintenance and inventory management to optimize efficiency.
- Address patron inquiries and support reward redemption processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track redemptions, gather feedback, and identify areas for program improvement to drive continuous enhancement.
- Ensure smooth integration of the rewards program with daily operations to maximize impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant past experience
- Operations management expertise
- Ability to monitor program performance metrics and generate regular reports
- Background in UAT testing
