Rewards Program Manager
Overview:This role involves developing and implementing rewards programs to drive business performance and enhance employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a track record of designing and delivering effective rewards strategies that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a single source-of-truth compensation database to facilitate rewards activities within the regional and global rewards team;
- Liaise with external payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely payments of compensation components to a selected group of employees and senior executives;
- Manage employee shares plan, including granting and vesting of ESOPs;
- Stay informed of legislative changes, employment and job trends, and rewards best practices to ensure rewards components are market competitive and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements;
- Partner with Global Rewards team to adopt global frameworks and best practices to ensure a fair and consistent approach across the Group.
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant rewards experience;
- Highly meticulous with the ability to solve problems through a data-driven approach;
- Ability to manage multiple rewards programs and processes during peak period of the financial year-end;
- Knowledge and experience in managing and implementing employee shares plans;
- Proficiency in data analysis, rewards financial modelling, HRIS (SuccessFactors) compensation module;
- Excellent communications and presentation skills;
