Administrative Executive Opportunity

This role involves day-to-day coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth operations across the department. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.

The Administrative Executive will provide administrative and logistical support to the Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Secretarial teams. This includes allocating incoming legal assistance requests, managing the opening of new legal files, handling invoice processing and approval workflows, and assisting in planning and coordinating logistics for Board and Committee meetings.

The successful candidate will also conduct land title searches, manage related documentation, and prepare and update departmental reports for the Chief Legal Officer. Additionally, they will provide full administrative support to team members, manage onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and leavers, and organize departmental activities as assigned.

Interested applicants are expected to have strong multitasking abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Strong office management and administration skills are essential.

  • Provide daily administrative and logistical support to the Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Secretarial teams.
  • Allocate incoming legal assistance requests to the appropriate team members and manage the opening of new legal files.
  • Handle invoice processing, tracking, and approval workflows.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating logistics (including F&B) for Board and Committee meetings and departmental events.
  • Conduct Land Title Searches and manage related documentation.
  • Prepare and update departmental reports for the Chief Legal Officer.
  • Provide full administrative support (printing, filing, typing, meeting arrangements) for team members.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and leavers within the department.
