Global Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at SHINMAYWA (ASIA) PTE LTD.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and establishing sales strategies to expand market share, exploring potential customers, and maintaining good relationships with existing customers. Additionally, the individual will plan sales visits to customers, prepare sales proposals and quotations, and conduct technical presentations to illustrate product features and benefits.
Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and explore potential customers.
- Sales Strategy Development: Establish and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share, increase revenue, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Pre-Sales Support: Plan and execute sales visits to customers, prepare sales proposals and quotations, and conduct technical presentations to demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Post-Sales Support: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression, follow up on payment status, and provide excellent customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business field from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and administrative roles in the engineering industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Meticulous, organized, and self-motivated individual with a cheerful and pleasant personality.
The estimated salary range for this position is between $6,000 to $10,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
