Global Mobility Operations Manager

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team in managing the mobility program. As a Global Mobility Operations Manager, you'll collaborate with local vendors to drive seamless delivery on various mobility practices, including onboarding, offboarding, visa, payroll, income tax, and system administration.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage the mobility program, partnering with other functions and vendors such as Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Immigration.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and be their point of contact for escalations related to international mobility and onboarding processes.
  • Offer feedback, advice, and share best practices to clients on their relocation and local immigration processes.
  • Work closely with others in the global mobility team for information sourcing and documentation.
  • Design and maintain process documentation for the global mobility department.
  • Collect and update immigration and tax policies for APAC and America countries.
  • Ensure accuracy and frequent updates of professionals' personal information, in compliance with our privacy policies.

We estimate a salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and the role's requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in HR or B2B Services delivery.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and regulations in APAC countries and America countries.
  • Adaptable and collaborative, able to work with diverse groups of people at all levels in multiple countries.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a super hands-on attitude. Problem-solving oriented.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Fluent in English. Any other language proficiency is a plus.
  • Agile and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and drive short turnaround times.
