As a skilled designer, you will play a crucial role in creating and drafting plans for aluminum curtain wall systems. Your expertise will ensure that the designs meet architectural plans and specifications while maintaining structural integrity and thermal performance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Create 3D models using AutoCAD, Inventor, or Revit to guarantee accurate fabrication and installation.
  • Develop extrusions, assemblies, and components while considering structural integrity and thermal performance.
  • Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and production teams to align designs with cost and manufacturing feasibility.
  • Resolve design conflicts and optimize buildability for efficient fabrication and installation.
  • Ensure designs comply with local building codes, industry standards, and project specifications.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Possess experience in curtain wall or façade design, preferably in a fabrication or construction environment.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit, or BIM software.
  • Familiarity with aluminum, glass, gaskets, and other curtain wall materials.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
