Archtectural Designer

**Roles & Responsibilities**

1. To design aluminium architectural products to meet client and consultants' specifications & expectation;
2. To prepare Shop drawings, As-Built drawings, Die drawings, Fabrication drawings, etc

3. To attend external technical meetings with Architects and Consultants to ahieve Shop drawings' approval

The Design Engineer is responsible for day-to-day designing and drafting of Aluminium & Glazing Works Shop Drawings. He/She develops concept designs of Aluminum Windows, Doors, Curtain Wall Systems, Claddings, Skylights, Canopy, Trellises, Screens and all architectural aluminium works.

The Design Engineer should possess a meticulous nature to analyse various factors and specifications involved in the aluminium and glazings woerks design. His/Her duties may require working in a timely manner to support production work and alignment to design specifications.

~ Good knowledge of aluminium & glazings works - doors, windows, curtain walling systems, skylights, screens, trellises, etc

~ Advise / support the production department on design and engineering.
~ Create full scale technical drawings using 2D and 3D methods.
~ Liaise with Architects and Consultants PE etc.
