Job Title: Curtain Wall Project Manager

This is a key position in the construction industry that oversees the installation of curtain wall systems on various projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing installation crews, coordinating with other trades, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, and maintaining project documentation.

The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership and organizational skills, as well as experience in construction management, quality control, and site management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage installation crews to ensure they follow approved drawings and work instructions
  • Direct and oversee the work of curtain wall installation teams
  • Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations, conduct site inspections, and ensure workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Monitor workmanship to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of daily progress, materials used, and any issues encountered during installation
  • Address technical issues, provide solutions, and offer guidance to the installation team
  • Evaluate and manage material storage and delivery
  • Read and understand architectural and engineering drawings, shop drawings, and other relevant project documents
  • Participate in site meetings to discuss progress, address issues, and coordinate work with other trades
