Job Title: Curtain Wall Quality Assurance Manager
">The role of the Curtain Wall Quality Assurance Manager is to lead a team of inspectors and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent quality control practices.
The successful candidate will actively address any quality-related problems that arise during the curtain wall installation process.
- Develop project-specific QA/QC plans outlining quality control procedures and standards for each project.
- Create detailed checklists to ensure thorough and consistent inspections are performed.
The ideal candidate will verify that quality control measures align with client requirements and project specifications, ensuring all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing quality audits to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with the QA/QC program.
- Perform quality control inspections of curtain wall components and installations to verify compliance with standards.
- Participate in weekly meetings to provide updates on inspection findings, discuss site issues, and collaborate with other team members on quality-related matters.
Liaising with Clients and Stakeholders:
The Curtain Wall Quality Assurance Manager will act as a point of contact for quality-related communication between the company and the client.
Documentation and Reporting:
The successful candidate will ensure all quality control records and reports are accurate and up-to-date.
Safety Standards:
