About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee the installation of curtain wall systems on our projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing installation crews to ensure compliance with approved drawings and work instructions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curtain wall installation methods and safety protocols, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in site supervision. You should be able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, and possess excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and various trades to ensure seamless project execution
  • Uphold site safety standards, conduct safety inspections, and ensure the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Monitor workmanship, perform regular inspections, and maintain high standards in line with project specifications
  • Keep detailed records of daily activities, material usage, safety checks, and on-site issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in curtain wall or related façade works
  • Strong knowledge of curtain wall installation methods and safety protocols
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
