Job Overview
This is a key role for our Dell Technologies team in the APJ region. As a Sales Leader for our Telco Systems Business, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic vision for the TSB in the region, leading a high-performing GTM organization, and delivering on financial targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, telecommunications industry expertise, and experience working with culturally diverse teams. You will work closely with our APJ leadership team to drive growth and expansion in the region, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve shared objectives.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase market share and revenue growth for the TSB in the APJ region.
  2. Lead a cross-functional GTM team to drive sales growth and expansion in the APJ region.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer executives across diverse cultures and business models.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve shared objectives.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles with a strong background in the telecommunications industry.
  • Deep understanding of how to execute business culturally across different landscapes of the APJ region.
  • Strong ability to navigate and lead within complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with senior customer executives.
