Laser Project Lead

Job Title: Laser Project Lead & Technical Expert
We are seeking an experienced project lead with a strong background in automation and laser-based projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge, project management skills, and communication abilities.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate and select appropriate laser systems and components for project requirements.
- Provide frontline support and problem-solving with factory backend support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Laser Technology Expertise:
- Strong understanding of laser technology, applications, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with laser engineers to develop innovative solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure project deliverables meet their satisfaction.
- Project Delivery:
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales/Project Management, preferably in the laser industry.
- PMP certification would be a plus.
The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Hindi and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
