Senior Laser Project Manager Opportunity

This is a highly challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead and execute laser-based projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:

    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Provide frontline support and problem-solving with factory backend support.
    • Possess a strong understanding of laser technology, applications, and industry trends.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
    • Collaborate with laser engineers to develop innovative solutions.
    • Evaluate and select appropriate laser systems and components for project requirements.
    • Manage project risks and issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Understand customer needs and translate them into project requirements.
    • Manage customer expectations and ensure project deliverables meet their satisfaction.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
    • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
    • Provide mentorship and coaching to team members.
