Project Manager - Laser Technology Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in laser technology and sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide frontline support, problem solving with factory backend support. Possess a strong understanding of laser technology, applications, and industry trends. Evaluate and select appropriate laser systems and components for project requirements.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Understand customer needs and translate them into project requirements. Manage customer expectations and ensure project deliverables meet their satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide mentorship and coaching to team members.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering/ mechanical or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales/project management, preferably in the laser industry.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of laser systems and applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Additional Requirements: Fluency in Hindi is a plus. Ability to travel to India or domestic to customer site (50% of time). PMP certification would be a plus.
