Job Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead the transformation of the HR industry in Singapore. This role will involve formulating and implementing national level strategies to strengthen the HR profession.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic plans to enhance the HR sector.
  • Design and deliver human capital development initiatives for HR professionals and organizations.
  • Strengthen the HR ecosystem by identifying gaps and opportunities to improve the quality and accessibility of HR services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tripartite partners, industry associations, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to drive collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to conceptualize and implement HR sector development strategies.
  • Comfortable working with quantitative data analysis and research methodologies.
  • Effective organizational skills to oversee governance, performance, and outcomes of projects.
