We are assisting this special client who is in the System and Technology Integration Business and large-scale projects both Commercial and Government Sector.

For this role as an HR Business Partner, it will lead and management Business Unit Heads and internal stakeholders in providing direction, employee development and impact to create value-add and strengthen it’s employee values and relationship. This position will focus on HR Operations, Services, Staff and Stakeholder Management as well as rolling out new project initiatives set forth by the Group.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- The role will be the primary lead in HR relationship management, involve in Benefits and Contract Management, Payroll, Work Passes, Staff Reporting, Government Claims / Subsidizes, Project roll-out (eg: HRIS, Salary / Company Policies).
- Act as a key point of contact from stakeholders for all HR matters.
- Manage employee data storage, archive and audit to ensure data integrity and compliance for local legislation needs.
- Support implementation and communication of key HR initiatives and projects.
- Flexibility to take on any ad hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Director.

**Position Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in HR or related discipline with at least 4 years of experience in the HR field - but not necessarily covering all facets in Human Resources.
- Must have experience in Business Partnering / Relationship Management with good knowledge in staff development, talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- Ability to communicate, engage and work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ambitious and can accommodate other work hours as may be necessary.
- Well versed in the Singapore Employment Act and all other local labour legislation.
