**Job Title:** Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

As a seasoned executive, you will be responsible for leading the human resources function strategically to drive business outcomes in the insurance sector. Your expertise will enable you to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing HR strategies to support business goals
  • Advising on organizational design and workforce planning
  • Fostering a performance-driven organizational culture

You will also spearhead talent acquisition, performance management, learning initiatives, employee engagement, and compliance. To excel in this role, you should possess an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field from a reputed institution, along with certifications in labor law, organizational development, or HR analytics.

A solid background of 12-18 years in Human Resources, including 4-5 years in a leadership position, is essential. You should demonstrate expertise in strategic HR leadership, organizational design, talent management, labor laws, compliance, and HR governance. Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills are also required.

Additionally, experience in managing HR for sales-heavy or regulated sectors, scaling HR operations, policy design, and working in dynamic, process-driven environments will be advantageous.
