Job Summary:
We are looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented professional to provide high-level administrative support to senior management. This role requires excellent organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Take accurate and timely meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
HR Support:
- Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare employee evaluations and performance review materials.
- Arrange and coordinate training sessions, coaching workshops, and employee development programs.
- Monitor employee progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.
- Coordinate internal communications and events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative/HR role.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Familiarity with HR processes and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant platforms.
