Job Summary

The Hotel Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel's residential department. This involves coordinating with various teams, including housekeeping and engineering, to maintain a high level of service delivery to our guests.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely completion of room cleaning and maintenance tasks
  2. Respond to guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  3. Maintain accurate records of guest requests and feedback
  4. Assist in resolving maintenance requests and other issues as needed

Requirements and Specifications:

This role requires a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a hospitality environment. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and demonstrate a strong ability to multitask.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Secondary education preferred
  • Minimum 1 year housekeeping operations experience
  • Able to communicate effectively with both English and Mandarin-speaking guests
  • Pleasant personality with excellent customer service attitude
