AI Strategy Leader

The role of AI Strategy Leader involves guiding a team of engineers in the adoption and implementation of artificial intelligence technologies.

  • Team Guidance: Provide direction to a team of AI engineers, facilitating knowledge sharing, project management, and execution.
  • Project Oversight: Work with stakeholders to manage and see projects through from start to finish.
  • AI Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.
  • System Optimization: Monitor and maintain AI systems for optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to train and validate AI models.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a relevant field.
  • At least 4-5 years' experience with AI/ML projects.
  • Experience leading a team of at least 2-3 AI engineers.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, techniques, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
