Senior Leader - AI and GenAI Strategy

The successful candidate will oversee the development, deployment, and governance of AI and GenAI solutions across the organization.

  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for AI and GenAI initiatives.
  • Establish governance frameworks and policies to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to governance policies.
  • Engage with business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and promote the benefits of AI technologies.
  • Foster collaboration between different departments to advance AI initiatives.
Technical Expertise

The ideal candidate should have:

  • In-depth knowledge of AI/GenAI technologies, including ML, DL, NLP, and generative models.
  • Proficiency with AI development frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • A strong understanding of Azure Cloud, MS OpenAI, AI Search, Form Recognizer, ADLS, Cosmos DB.
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI concepts.
  • Strong data analysis, data engineering, and statistical modeling skills.
Leadership and Management

The candidate should be able to:

  • Lead and mentor a team of AI architects and engineers.
  • Manage AI products, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Engage with business and IT leaders to promote AI initiatives and align solutions with business goals.
Governance, Compliance, and Security

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of:

  • Ai governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Implementing security measures to protect data and AI models.

This role requires a minimum of 12 years of IT industry experience, with banking domain exposure. The ideal candidate should have professional certifications in Azure, Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, and a Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
