Job Overview

The Director, AI Client Enablement role plays a crucial part in driving the bank's AI strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

This includes identifying and prioritizing AI use cases that have the potential to deliver significant business value.

The individual will be responsible for delivering Data-Driven solutions that are core to Group Operations strategy. They will provide thought leadership in data science techniques and business applications to unlock the value of SCB's data sets and external information.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of delivery lead/management experience in large and complex, multi-geography, multi-disciplinary projects. They will also have experience in agile methodologies, certification in PMP/Certified Scrum Master/Certified Product Owner, and strong knowledge of Clarity & NWOW standards.

This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills, excellent communication skills – oral, written, and presentation, and a strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility in accomplishing the organisation's goal.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Delivery: Delivering, building, and maintaining Data Driven solutions that align with Group Operations strategy.
  • Data Leadership: Providing thought leadership in data science techniques and business applications to unlock the value of SCB's data sets and external information.
  • Methodology Innovation: Exploring leading methodologies and best practices to import successful methodologies from international markets.
  • Risk Management: Preparing, managing, and maintaining quality of key programme management artefacts such as epics on JIRA, risks and issues, dependency mapping, budget and forecast, programme plan, and initiative plans.
  • Governance Support: Supporting and ensuring the implementation of programme delivery is in line with the Bank's control and governance framework.
