AI Solutions Leader

As a Senior Manager, AI Solutions, you will lead the establishment and delivery of AI-related services for the banking sector.

This involves developing go-to-market strategies and releasing AI solutions to clients. You will also build and manage a high-performing AI service team based on business growth.

Additionally, you will guide team members on technical and business aspects of AI delivery and act as a global AI advisor, sharing expertise and best practices within the organization.

You will contribute to internal capability building and innovation, and drive the company's visibility and thought leadership in the AI market.

  • Develop and execute AI strategies for the banking sector.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions to clients.
  • Build and manage high-performing AI teams.
  • Provide technical and business guidance to team members.
  • Share expertise and best practices as a global AI advisor.
  • Contribute to internal capability building and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the banking sector.
  • Minimum 5 years leading AI-related initiatives in banks or consulting firms.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale AI platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI lifecycle: data sourcing, model building, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Familiarity with AI applications across banking functions: retail, SME, compliance, operations.
  • Practical experience with MLOps frameworks and cloud AI tools (Azure ML, Databricks).
  • Knowledge of data governance and AI model reusability.
  • Proven track record in building and leading AI-focused teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
