Role Summary

This leadership position demands a visionary and experienced leader to spearhead the strategy, development, and deployment of Generative AI initiatives across a region.

The ideal candidate will drive innovation, foster collaboration, and ensure that AI solutions deliver tangible business value in alignment with regional and global objectives.

About the Role:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive Generative AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends for the region.
  • Leading the identification and prioritization of AI-powered business opportunities, focusing on high-impact use cases across various functions like sales, marketing, supply chain, insights, and reporting.
  • Translating business requirements into scalable architectural designs for Generative AI models, frameworks, and solutions.
  • Building and managing high-performing GenAI teams, providing technical leadership, mentorship, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Managing the full lifecycle of the GenAI platform, from ideation to deployment and optimization.
  • Acknowledging strategic value of GenAI to senior executives and stakeholders while aligning solutions with enterprise standards for responsible AI, data privacy, and compliance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Total experience of more than 18 years in IT industry.
  • Deep expertise in Generative AI, foundational models like LLMs, and frameworks such as LangChain, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are crucial, as is a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data processing.
  • Proven experience in designing scalable and secure Generative AI solutions and a solid understanding of MLOps principles and ethical AI frameworks.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the region.
