**Responsibilities**
Reporting into our COO, the role of the strategy manager will include:
- Researching market landscapes and industry needs, identifying and planning GTM opportunities and staying ahead of the competitive landscape of our industry
- Supporting & working closely with senior leadership team in building AI Rudder’s brand & product proposition and launching plans in APAC, with a laser focus on building awareness and generating market demand
- Assessing potential M&A & partnerships and managing necessary due diligence
- Developing compelling data stories through dashboards, analytical tools, or PowerPoint to provide guidance to senior leadership, customers and investors
- Developing pitch decks for partnerships and market expansion plans- Contributing to practice development to progress our voice AI value proposition and building a strong macro community
- Supporting day-to-day operational needs, and continuously pushing the boundaries about what we can achieve as an organization
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor of Business, an MBA would be a plus
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a strategy and/or growth role in the B2B technology space, preferably from consulting and/or startups- Strong understanding of software/ AI technologies and greater landscape would be a plus
- Extraordinary organizational skills and ability to work across concurrent workstreams
- Ability to seamlessly work with multiple teams across multiple locations and possess great stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, looking for a challenge, and excited to make a difference in bringing AI Rudder global
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English
