We are assisting a fast-growing AI-powered recruitment platform to identify a strategic and business-minded Growth Director to lead market expansion initiatives in Singapore and China. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about career tech, understands user-centric growth, and is ready to help shape the future of how people find jobs through AI.

Role Overview

You'll be responsible for driving user growth on the jobseeker side — from acquisition and activation to retention — while working closely with product and engineering teams to refine and expand a personalized AI career assistant. You'll also play a key role in market strategy, go-to-market planning, and building engaging user communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the full jobseeker journey, from profile creation to job application success.
  • Design and execute scalable strategies for viral growth, channel acquisition, A/B testing, and cold-start acceleration.
  • Lead the development and improvement of the AI Jobseeker Copilot, shaping it into a personalized career companion.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define and track key user metrics and implement data-driven growth models.
  • Build and scale jobseeker communities through initiatives such as content campaigns, leaderboards, and interview challenges.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in consumer growth or user operations, preferably within a recruitment platform environment.
  • Dual expertise in content strategy and tool-based user growth.
  • Prior exposure to recruitment, career services, international talent communities, or student platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills with a proven track record of leading and executing end-to-end projects.
  • Strong interest in AI-native products and digital career tools.
  • Fluent in Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and customers
