We are looking for someone who is excited to work in an AI start-up and is willing to develop him/herself in the HRTech space. This role would be ideal for someone who is self-motivated and is able to pick-up the relevant industry knowledge quickly.
**In this role, you’ll get to**:
- Be well-versed with our flagship software platform.
- Onboard and provide product training to new customers.
- Work directly with customers to build business relationships and to find out their ongoing implementation, integration, and support needs.
- Diagnose software issues, participate in UAT and engage with our data and engineering teams.
- Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers move forward and grow their business.
- Collaborate with internal account managers to identify opportunities for existing customers to expand their usage of our platform or services. Show composure and flexibility as customer needs evolve.
