**Role Summary**:
As **Head of Product**, you will lead JobTech’s product direction, delivery, and discovery. You will be responsible for turning ecosystem needs and customer signals into a focused roadmap and cross-functional delivery plans. This is a strategic and hands-on role that blends customer empathy, data intuition, and execution clarity.

You’ll work closely with the CEO (Product Owner) to co-drive product vision and maturity, while building a culture of ownership and delivery excellence across teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product (50%)**

**Product Strategy & Vision**:

- Shape and communicate the product roadmap in alignment with company vision and customer priorities.
- Translate customer, sector, and ecosystem feedback into scalable product solutions.
- Partner with the CEO on use-case validation, product positioning, and long-term platform direction.

**Product Development & Delivery**:

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, planning, delivery, iteration.
- Act as Scrum Master across the product-engineering squad: facilitate standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Lead roadmap reviews and delivery tracking, ensuring visibility across leadership and stakeholders.
- Write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage product documentation.
- Maintain close feedback loops with engineering, QA, and design to ensure delivery excellence.

**People (35%)**:
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Partner with Customer Success and Data teams to bring insight into product prioritisation.
- Support CS with use-case design, campaign features, and post-deployment experience.
- Collaborate with the COO on operational tooling and delivery alignment.
- Ensure delivery milestones and product releases support customer onboarding and retention goals.

**Team Development**:

- Lead and mentor product contributors (e.g. designer, future Product Managers).
- Build the product function into a high-trust, insight-led organisation.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and customer value.

**Customer Insight & Impact**:

- Define and track success metrics for product features and modules.
- Lead feature discovery through user interviews, data signals, and pilot testing.
- Coordinate quarterly roadmap reviews with internal teams and strategic partners.
- Support investor, grant, or partner showcases with product demos and impact narratives.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- 6 to 10 years in product management roles, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Proven experience delivering B2B or B2B2C SaaS platforms with measurable user impact.
- Strong technical and data fluency; able to work closely with engineers, analysts, and designers.
- Strong facilitator of Agile/Scrum practices in hybrid teams.
- Experience running sprint ceremonies and managing delivery velocity in SaaS environments.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and storytelling across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong product thinking and user empathy.
- Effective in agile/hybrid environments with lean teams.
- Capable of translating sector or policy context into product decisions.
- Comfortable navigating topics such as data flow, APIs, system constraints, frontend design principles, and backend logic.
- Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma for product planning, documentation, product prototyping, and team collaboration.
