A leading financial institution is expanding its newly launched AI Centre of Excellence and is looking for an AI Strategy Consultant to help shape and drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI and machine learning solutions.This is a strategic, high-impact role at the forefront of innovation, ideal for professionals passionate about leveraging AI to transform business operations and deliver tangible value across a complex, regulated environment. What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the bank's AI strategy in alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements

  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform strategic decisions and identify new use cases

  • Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to drive AI solution delivery

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products—from ideation to deployment and scaling

  • Ensure adherence to AI governance frameworks, risk controls, and compliance standards

  • Promote user adoption, manage change, and foster an AI-driven culture across the enterprise

What We're Looking For

  • More than 5 years of experience in consulting or corporate strategy, ideally within financial services

  • Strong grasp of AI/ML technologies and how they can be applied to real-world business challenges

  • Demonstrated success leading technology transformation projects

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and project management skills

  • Familiarity with data governance, AI risk, and compliance frameworks
