Senior Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Leader to lead our AI Solutions & Design team, working under the AI Central strategy. This senior role involves establishing strategic partnerships with stakeholders across Departments and Statutory Boards, ensuring the efficient evaluation and translation of user requirements into high-level AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish strategic engagement plans with senior stakeholders to align AI projects with broader strategic objectives.
  • Lead teams in gathering user requirements through design thinking, translating them into effective AI solutions and products.
  • Oversee project evaluations and prioritization, ensuring required tools and services are available for agencies.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to optimize resource allocation and streamline project implementation.
  • Monitor industry trends and developments to inform future AI initiatives and maintain strategic foresight.
  • Lead and coordinate outreach events, roadshows, and workshops related to AI advancements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in AI solutions design, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at senior levels.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to analyze and incorporate industry trends into the organization's AI strategy.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting design thinking workshops and creating impactful AI products.
