As a visionary leader in artificial intelligence, you will drive the establishment and delivery of AI-related services for the banking sector.

This key role involves developing go-to-market strategies, releasing AI solutions to clients, building and managing a high-performing AI service team based on business growth, guiding team members on technical and business aspects of AI delivery, acting as a global AI advisor, sharing expertise and best practices within the organization, contributing to internal capability building and innovation, and driving visibility and thought leadership in the AI market.

This role requires a deep understanding of AI lifecycle: data sourcing, model building, deployment, and monitoring, as well as hands-on experience with enterprise-scale AI platforms (e.g., ADA). The ideal candidate will have familiarity with AI applications across banking functions: retail, SME, compliance, operations, practical experience with MLOps frameworks and cloud AI tools (Azure ML, Databricks), knowledge of data governance and AI model reusability, and a proven track record in building and leading AI-focused teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Go-To-Market Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans that showcase AI capabilities and drive client engagement.
  • Lead High-Performing Teams: Build, manage, and develop a talented team of AI professionals who can deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.
  • Guide Team Members: Provide technical and business guidance to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to excel in their roles.
  • Act as Global AI Advisor: Share expertise and best practices within the organization, contributing to the development of AI strategy and roadmaps.
  • Contribute to Innovation: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and contribute to the development of new AI solutions.
  • Drive Thought Leadership: Establish the organization as a thought leader in AI, through public speaking, writing, and other forms of engagement.
