Job Overview

We are seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through process improvement and efficiency enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide product information and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Process orders, track shipments, and ensure smooth deliveries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and installation teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and implement effective solutions to address customer complaints and feedback

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the home decor or interior design industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Experience with negotiation, sales, and aftersales support is highly desirable
