The Customer Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing shop engine events and rental engine events for customers across the Asia Pacific region. Effective communication of customer requirements and expectations to the respective departments within P&WC is crucial for rental engine support and induction to the shop.
This position necessitates collaboration across various departments, including Sales, Program, Leaseco, and Shop, to meet customer demands, evaluate alternatives, and develop solutions to support customer needs. The successful candidate will also ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed and responded to in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage shop engine events and rental engine events for customers within the Asia Pacific region.
- Ensure customer requirements and expectations are effectively communicated to the respective department within P&WC for rental engine support and induction to the shop.
- Collaborate with Sales, Program, Leaseco, and Shop departments to meet customer requirements.
- Support AOG events after office hours and weekend as required.
- Address and respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
- Participate in regular meetings with the network regarding engine deployment and status updates.
- Liaise with customers to manage 3-month rental engine requirements and engine shop visit forecasts.
- Diploma in Engineering or Marketing (sales and services) or any related field.
- Mature disposition, keen business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently at times and support off-hours Aircraft on Ground (AOG) requests.
- Analytical mindset to assess customer requirement opportunities effectively.
