About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training and Capability Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that align with our business objectives and meet the evolving needs of our salesforce.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to identify training needs and develop customized training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Design and deliver training content that is engaging, interactive, and effective in achieving desired outcomes.
- Develop and implement tracking and monitoring processes to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and ensure standards are met.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continually improve our training programs.
Requirements
- A minimum Diploma in HR/HRD or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience in L&D or related field.
- Possess strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Demonstrate a passion for learning and development, with a commitment to ongoing professional growth and self-improvement.
