Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Professional Training Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of our training centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing overall training programs, marketing and sales, quality management, and ensuring the efficient operation of the centre.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective training strategies to meet client needs
• Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training requirements
• Create compelling proposals for corporate clients
• Manage and coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facility management
• Provide leadership and guidance to training centre staff, promoting high performance and productivity
• Design and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Utilize HubSpot effectively to manage leads and the sales pipeline
• Stay ahead of market trends through competitive analysis
• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Training Centre Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team management and leadership abilities with a results-driven focus
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management and program development
- Experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and designing training programs
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards
