Salary

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $80,000 - SGD $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development:
    • Develop and curate high-quality training materials that meet MOE standards and align with the curriculum development team's goals.
    • Create customized life skills training modules and resources to cater to the specific needs of primary and secondary school students.
    • Oversee the accreditation and certification process for training programs with relevant organizations.
    • Ensure timely distribution of training materials to trainers.
  • Vetting and Quality Assurance:
    • Review existing training programs and materials to ensure quality, relevance, and consistency.
    • Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate improvements into the curriculum.
  • Research and Development:
    • Maintain a comprehensive database of training resources, lesson plans, and guides for trainers.
    • Collaborate with the curriculum development team to update training materials based on feedback and industry trends.
    • Attend external courses and events to stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
  • Manpower Development:
    • Recruit skilled freelance trainers with expertise in delivering life skills training.
    • Facilitate communication between the curriculum development team and trainers.
    • Conduct regular training sessions to familiarize freelance trainers with curriculum objectives and delivery methods.
    • Assist in integrating updates or changes into current training modules.
    • Host detailed briefing sessions for trainers before project deployment.
  • Logistics Management:
    • Plan and coordinate logistical arrangements for training delivery, considering scope, timeline, and resource needs.
    • Liaise with schools to confirm logistical requirements and timelines.
    • Source and procure training materials, equipment, and resources within budget and project timelines.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of training experience in MOE primary and secondary schools.
  • Proven experience in curriculum development, manpower coordination, and logistics management.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with trainers, schools, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the education landscape in Singapore, particularly primary and secondary schools.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
