About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Training Programme Manager to join our team at Talentsis Pte Ltd. Based in Paya Lebar, this full-time position involves developing and implementing training administration processes that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with client department heads to identify and streamline processes for efficiency improvement;
  • Coordinate training sessions with internal and external parties;
  • Lead and support a team of 15 training administration staff;
  • Oversee daily end-to-end training administration operations;
  • Present monthly reports to management;
  • Facilitate monthly management meetings.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' work experience in training operations and process improvement;
  • Strong leadership skills in leading and motivating a team to meet company objectives;
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Salary and Benefits
