Sales Director

Talent Trader Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the machinery industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
- Lead and Manage Sales Team: Coach, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to drive sales performance and achieve individual goals.
- Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to effectively position our products and services.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare Sales Reports and Forecasts: Develop and present sales reports and forecasts to management for review and decision-making.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the machinery industry.
- Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide sales representatives.
- Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the machinery industry, including products, solutions, and market trends.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking to drive business growth and innovation.
- Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines to achieve sales targets.
