Requirements:

  • Progressive and future-focused talent leader with proven track record of leading Talent & Leadership Development functions in complex, forward-looking organisations.
  • Deep expertise in the Technology and Digital sector, a strong grasp of emerging talent trends, and the credibility to influence and partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic yet hands-on, skilled at both shaping vision and driving impactful implementation at scale.
