Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for performing financial counselling and basic hearing aid counselling for patients, conducting triaging for all patients referred for hearing aid and tinnitus management services, managing allied health administrative paperwork and appointments, processing and tracking hearing aid orders, delivery, and invoices, and ensuring proper application and tracking of relevant fundings for needy patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and ensure their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct thorough financial counselling and basic hearing aid counselling sessions with patients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Triage patients referred for hearing aid and tinnitus management services to determine the best course of action and allocate resources accordingly
- Manage all related allied health administrative paperwork and appointments, including scheduling and follow-up communications
- Process and track hearing aid orders, delivery, and invoices to ensure seamless logistics and minimize delays
- Ensure proper application and tracking of relevant fundings for needy patients who require hearing aids, working closely with stakeholders to facilitate the process
- Promote quality improvement initiatives and participate in regular training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by the team or management
Requirements:
- Possess a NITEC or equivalent education certification with relevant discipline
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and external partners
- Show good attention to detail and ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Have a strong understanding of administrative procedures and software, with experience in data entry and Microsoft Office applications
- Be a team player with a positive attitude, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities and workload
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality and patient satisfaction, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
Benefits:
