Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part time Accounting Assistant to join our team at HKM HR MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Toh Guan Area, Jurong East MRT vicinity.

About the Role

This part-time role involves assisting in bookkeeping, data entry, customer order handling, and email enquiries. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, be able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

* Prepare sales-related documents such as invoices, quotations, and service agreements
* Support in bookkeeping and basic accounting entries
* Handle customer orders and respond to email enquiries
* Liaise with relevant personnel to fulfill client requests
* Perform data entry tasks

Requirements

* GCE O'level certificate required
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Able to work at least 12 hours per week, with one office day per week

What We Offer
