Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with accounts and HR on designated days, performing tasks such as account reconciliation, e-commerce management, accounts payable, scheduling, Microsoft Excel operations, cost management, invoicing, payroll, financial accounting, inventory management, performance monitoring, accounts receivable, adaptability, and HRM functions.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for an adaptable professional who can read and write Mandarin, has experience working with e-commerce platforms, and is proficient in managing inventories and costs. A flexible schedule that allows working on some weekends would be advantageous. Timing can be discussed further.
Benefits and Compensation
This part-time role offers competitive pay, starting at SGD 25 per hour, which will be evaluated based on experience. Location-wise, you'll be based in Woodlands, with occasional visits to clients' places.
