Business Development Leader

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the building maintenance sector, including façade cleaning, re-sealant works, and glass replacement projects.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Sources profitable projects and build relationships with clients to increase sales and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards revenue targets.
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Development or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the building maintenance industry and its trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary range between SGD $3K to $4.5k with monthly high commission, based on experience. Commissions will be separated from basic salary based on project closure.
